Traction Circle Club 20th Virtual AGM 2021

In light of the on-going endemic and the safe distancing measures during Phase 3 (HA), we regret to be unable to hold our usual onsite AGM for our members this year. Our 20th Annual General Meeting will continue to be held via a virtual platform, pursuant to COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020.

Notice is hereby given that the Club's 20th Annual General Meeting ("e-AGM") 2021 will be held by way of electronic means on:

Date: Saturday 31st July 2021

TIme: 1200hrs

Venue: Virtual Link to be sent 3 days prior to AGM upon registration

This e-AGM will be conducted by electronic means and members will not be able to physically attend the e-AGM. Members who wish to attend the virtual AGM proceedings must pre-register no later than 23rd July 2021, 2359hrs, to enable their status as members to be verified. 

Any ordinary member who wish to place an item on the agenda for this e-AGM, shall give notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 18th July 2021, 1700hrs. Any such item shall be seconded by another voting member.

Any ordinary members who wish to stand for election to serve in the next EXCO may request for a nomination form from the Honorory Secretary, be proposed and seconded by voting members, and have the completed form returned to the Club by 18th July 2021 1700hrs.
