Q1. I WANT TO HELP MY FRIEND PURCHASE A TRACKDAY SLOT ONLINE
Ans: WHEN MAKING A BOOKING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER MEMBER, Please note:
Online purchases can only be made for existing TCC members.
Indicate the other member’s name, TCC registered email and full residential address under the Shipper’s details section.
Send an email to membership@tractioncircle.com informing us of the purchase.
If ANY of the above conditions are not met, the entire booking will be cancelled and all purchased slots will be returned to the pool.


Q2. HOW DO I GET TO SEPANG INT’L CIRCUIT?

Ans: If you are heading to Sepang Int'l Circuit for the first time from Singapore, please cater for 3 - 4 hours easy drive. When you arrive, please head for the paddock entrance of SIC. The registration is held at the Media Centre in the Pit Building.


Q3. WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES SHOULD I CRASH INTO TRACK PROPERTY?

Ans: Unfortunately yes! These are some examples of charges pertaining to the individual driver should there be any damage caused to the property:
Barrier damage: RM1800 per section
Artificial turf damage: RM300 per square metre
Oil Leak clean-up: RM1000 per vehicle
Transponder damage/loss: RM1900 per unit
* These charges are subjected to change by Sepang International Circuit without prior notice. All these charges are to be settled by the individual concerned, on the day of incident, and the person and vehicle may not be allowed to leave the premises until the bill is paid up. These charges are levied across the board on all organisations/parties that rent the track. TCC will not be liable for any of these charges, and will not undertake to pay on behalf of its members/related parties/partner organisations under any circumstances. You are henceforth advised to drive within limits, observe your vehicle's fluid levels at all times, and bring extra Ringgit should you wish to explore the other side of caution.


Q4. I AM INTERESTED IN BECOMING A MEMBER BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START?

Ans: Please go to main website page and click on REGISTER on the top right side. Just follow the instructions and ensure that all request information is properly filled in and payment transaction is successful. You will get an email reply once membership had activated your account. It may take up to 3 working days for account activation. Thank you for your patience. For any other questions, please email membership@tractioncircle.com.


Q5. HOW DO I PAY?

Ans: The preferred method of payment is via Paypal. We recommend that you create an account if you don't already have one.


Q6. WHAT FEES WILL I HAVE TO PAY TO BECOME A MEMBER?

Ans: New members pay an administration fee of $30. The yearly subscription is $60. However, new members enjoy a prorate on their subscription. So if for example you join the club in Mar, the admin fee will be $30, subscription will be $50 (10 Months from March-December x $5/Month) and the total will be $80. Our membership year starts from Jan to Dec of the calendar year.


Q7. HELP! I CANT MAKE IT FOR TRACKDAY! CAN I CARRY FORWARD (ROLL OVER) TO THE NEXT TRACKDAY?

Ans: Yes! Paid track fees for members who cannot attend are allowed to be rolled over to the next immediate event. However no refund will be given for the price difference. Top ups will be required for immediate next event if cost is higher than previous. Please note that rollovers will be valid only within same calendar year (end Dec) and are non-transferable. Or . You may transfer your slot to another member with prior notification to Membership/ Event Director / Our Club Facebook page, with the members name, telephone, email details.
