Traction Circle Club 21st AGM 2022

We would like to give notice for the convening of TCC's Annual General Meeting 2022.

Date: 30th July 2022
Time: 1230hrs-1430hrs
Venue: TBC

Registration begins from 1130hrs and the AGM will start promptly at 1230hrs.

Kindly RSVP by 27th July 2022 to ensure sufficient food & refreshments are catered for.

Any ordinary members who wish to stand for election to serve in the next EXCO may request for a nomination form from the Hon Secretary, be proposed and seconded by voting members, and have the completed form returned to the Club by 23rd July 2022 1700hrs

Any ordinary member who wish to place an item on the agenda for this AGM, shall give notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 23rd July 2022 1700hrs. Any such item shall be seconded by another voting member.
